[Ministry]

Greetings,

As you know, Marriage Healing Int'l is going through a
season of rest and restructure.  One of the deepest desires
in my heart is to SEE FRUIT in the lives of those whom the
Father leads us to be in relationship with.

This is also the desire and the command of the heavenly
Father towards us:

  "Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit;
   so shall ye be my disciples. Joh 15:8

  "That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing,
   being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the
   knowledge of Yahweh; Col 1:10

Seven years of steady, full-time ministry has brought many
lessons.  One of the more important lessons has to do with
spending time on the right priorities.  Time is precious
and once passed can never be recovered.

One of the areas of concern we have is the number of people
who profess belief in Yahweh but their lives do not bear
the mark and the fruit of true belief.  The Scriptures do
speak of such people:

1This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall
come. 2For men shall be lovers of their own selves,
covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to
parents, unthankful, unholy, 3Without natural affection,
trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce,
despisers of those that are good, 4Traitors, heady,
highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of Yahweh;
5Having a form of reverence, but denying the power thereof:
from such turn away. 2Ti 3

As we prepare to resume the work of the ministry we are
shifting our focus in a number of key ways that we will be
sharing with you in coming newsletters.  One of these ways
is to spend more time with those who demonstrate they are
serious about the call of Messiah and less time with those
who don't, consistent with 2Timothy and other teaching in
the Scriptures.  One of the areas we have a heart to help
and the gift to share is in the area of physical healing.

has given us a gift for healing and we have seen the fruit
of this gift especially in the area of cancer.  Those who

Another area that concerns us is the lack of awareness
regarding the truth and error among those we minister to.
We find this applies not only to spiritual awareness of
the Scriptures but also in the area of practical awareness
of the events unfolding in the world around us.  We would

The founder is a man by the name of Joseph Farrah and this
is a short note about him:

  "In his work he proclaims, "The choice is simple: The world
  of standards and morality, of marriage, order, the rule of
  law, and accountability to God? Or the world of
  anything-goes, aberrant sexual behavior,
  doing-your-own-thing lifestyles, and moral codes that
  change with the speed of the latest public-opinion poll?"
  Also tied to WND is Farah's "G2 Bulletin", an online
  "intelligence newsletter" which focuses on world events
  viewed through a conservative perspective. Farah is also
  known for his strong support for Israel and is possibly one
  of the most notable and outspoken pro-Israeli Arab writers.
  He has criticized the Israeli government for negotiating
  too much with the Palestinians and abandoning lands which
  he believes were given to the Jewish people by God.

This will provide information on what is going on around
you.  We also want to suggest you stop watching the BOOB
tube, sometimes referred to as "hellivision", stop
financially supporting hollywood's agenda through movies,
make use of your spare time to LEARN the truth about what is
going on around you and what you can do to take a STAND
against the advancement of evil while you help to build the
kingdom of our Elohim.  Part of being "set-apart" or "called
out" from this world means being different than the world in
REAL, PRACTICAL ways... not just "spiritual" ones.

Mark your calendar, this Saturday we will resume the weekly
Saturday morning teleconferences.  Also, we plan to resume
the women's weekly discipleship group and begin the new
men's discipleship group.  If you are a man, interested in

Please pray for the leadership of this ministry, especially
as we depart today for a conference outside of Dallas where
representatives of eight congregations will be meeting from
this region of the country to discuss these issues and more.
