Thank you all for praying for my marriage and for the
marriages of my friends and fellow prayer partners. This
past weekend, after over 8 months, my wife expressed to me
that she misses me and has been thinking of coming back to
our marriage and family! She is still very depressed because
of a miscarriage we had last year and is doubting herself as
a good wife. Please pray that the lord continues to work in
the heart and mind of my wife. The Lord Jesus is truly
working in our marriages and all aspects of our lives. I
would like to continue to ask you all for prayer for the
restoration of my marriage and for spritual and emotional
healing for my wife. I also ask you to continue praying for
the marriages and families of my friends Kaidee, Kurt, Ani
and all other people standing in faith for the healing of
their families.

Bewitched?

O foolish Galatians [Christians], who hath bewitched you,
that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes
Yahushua Messiah hath been evidently set forth, crucified
among you? Gal 3:1

That word "bewitched" comes from the translation of the
Greek word baskaino {bas-kah'-ee-no}
1) to speak ill of one, to slander
2) to bring evil on one by feigning praise
3) to charm, to bewitch

It is akin to the word "slander" which means "untrue spoken
statement which damages someone's character."

Do you know how one takes the Father's Name in vain?
(we covered this during one of our teleconferences)

It is by claiming to be His child or representative but
living in a manner which is contrary to His teaching
and the life demonstrated by His Son.  This is also how
one slander's the Almighty or brings evil by "feigning
praise."  To feign means to PRETEND.

The Apostle Paul was writing to people who professed a
Christian faith.  He was writing about the error in which
they had fallen of putting their confidence in the flesh
and in works as the basis for their justification when it
should have been in the work of the Father and the Son
through the sacrifice of Messiah and the shedding of His
precious blood.  Nevertheless, there is a principle here
which applies to other matters as well.

It is NOT GOOD for a child of the Most High to hold fast
to their "beliefs" or their traditions more strongly than
to the desire for TRUTH in all things.  Not only is it not
good, it is DANGEROUS and brings with it potentially eternal
consequences.  Listen to the Word of Yahweh:

  "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because
  thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that
  thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten
  the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children." Hos
  4:6

What was their sin?

"... because thou has rejected knowledge..."

They did not want to know the truth.  They wanted to hold
on to their beliefs and their traditions.

Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of
the great Yahweh and our Saviour Yahushua Messiah; Who gave
himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity,
and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good
works. Tit 2:13-14

This begins the first in a series of messages meant to
disconnect the faithful from the traditions of
un-righteousness and the practices of pagans.  The children
of Yahweh are to be "set-apart" (holy).  They are to be a
PECULIAR people.

The Word "peculiar" found in the verse above indicates a
people who were "called-out" (the ekklesia) from among the
nations, their governments, their laws, their practices and
traditions, their loyalties and duties and so on... to
become His POSSESSION.

If you continue to believe and hold to practices which are
pagan in origin, belief and practice while professing to be
the peculiar, set-apart possession of Yahweh, you are deceiving
yourself and taking His Name in vain.  You are called to
REPENT.  Please read the referenced material above to learn
