My holy, awesome, mighty God in heaven, I give all my praise
to you! Blessed is the name of my Lord and Saviour Jesus
Christ!  Today had all the potential to be a difficult day.
It seemed as though the devil was doing his best to
discourage me but my heavenly father never let me down.  I
started off the day running late for work but I made it on
time.  At work, like any other christian there are those who
try to make my job more difficult than it has to be, but
they failed to dampen my spirit today. Praise Jesus!  He
filled me with such peace.  I am blessed beyond anything I
could possibly deserve and I offer my thanks and praise to
Almighty God for his great mercy, wisdom, and loving
kindness towards my family and me.  I also offer my thanks
and praise in advance for the conversion and salvation of
the souls of my family members and my friend Marc, who I
know will soon be a loving, faithful, committed, devoted,
righteous servant to our heavenly father and husband to me
(becasue he's no good to me if he's no good to God).  Glory
to you almighty God, in the name of Jesus Christ, I love,
and praise you with all of my heart, my mind and all that I
am.  You are worthy of all praise!

My Goodness this was so uplifting and encouraging. God has
brought my prodigal husband back into my life through prayer
and faith also. I am now needing strength and grace for my
husband. I need to respect him even when I don't feel he
deserves it. It's definitely tough, but I know how beautiful
things can get when they start out tough. I am inspired by
your faith and your amazing testimony! It shines with GODS
glory! I am glad to know that God loves us this much, that
he will even restore dead marriages to new and alive in him.
God Bless you and thank you for sharing this word of
encouragement.

A Testimony of Caleb
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=

7 Forty years old was I when Moses the servant of Yahweh
sent me from Kadeshbarnea to espy out the land; and I
brought him word again as it was in mine heart. 8
Nevertheless my brethren that went up with me made the heart
of the people melt: but I wholly followed Yahweh my Elohim. 9
And Moses sware on that day, saying, Surely the land whereon
thy feet have trodden shall be thine inheritance, and thy
children's for ever, because thou hast wholly followed
Yahweh my Elohim. 10 And now, behold, Yahweh hath kept me
alive, as he said, these forty and five years, even since
Yahweh spake this word unto Moses, while the children of
Israel wandered in the wilderness: and now, lo, I am this
day fourscore and five years old. 11 As yet I am as strong
this day as I was in the day that Moses sent me: as my
strength was then, even so is my strength now, for war, both
to go out, and to come in.  (Joshua 14)

Caleb was forty years old when he was appointed to go into
enemy land and spy for the children of Israel.  Here we find
him giving personal testimony of some VERY important truths
that we all need to be remind of from time to time.

First, we see that there was a lapse of time from the promise
made to Caleb (by Yahweh and through His servant Moses) to
the fulfillment (by Yahweh and through His servant Joshua).
A time lapse of 45 years.  Nevertheless, Yahweh never forgot
the works of His children (Amos 8:7)  The Almighty is faithful.
He never forgets and He never fails to deliver on His promises.

What are His promises?  They are many to those who love Him
and are called called according to His purpose.  One of them
is that He is working ALL THINGS together for GOOD for
them... (Rom 8:27-28)  There are many precious promises and
of great value for you to spend some time searching and
considering His promises.  He has a 100% success rate in
delivering...

Secondly, we see Yahweh's intended plan concerning the
health of His children.  Caleb was 85 years old and his
testimony was that he was "as strong this day as I was in
the day that Moses sent me: as my strength was then, even so
is my strength now, for war, both to go out, and to come in."

WoW!  How many 85 year olds do you know like this?  Please
believe me when I tell you that there are some... today.  Let
me give you a few examples:

Most do not know that Yahweh intends for us to live to be 120.
And when we die, it should not be from disease and sickeness
but our "candle" should just go out...  peacefully, quietly and
at the appointed time.  We should not die prematurely though so
many do...
